A Letter from the Founder

Founder & Visionary of The Queens Code

When I first stepped onto the international stage as Miss World Guyana 2014, representing my beloved home on the global platform of Miss World, I felt the profound power of presence. That year, I was honored to be named a Top 11 finalist and crowned Miss World Caribbean; a historic moment not just for me, but for Guyana and the Caribbean community.
These experiences on the world stage taught me more than how to walk in heels or answer questions under pressure. They taught me that confidence begins long before you walk forward; it begins in how you carry your story, your values, and your truth. It taught me that refinement is not about perfection. It’s about connection in how you meet your own potential and how you invite others to see your worth.
Through my journey in pageantry; competing both nationally and internationally, being crowned with serval different titles such as Miss India DC, National America Miss Virginia and Miss Universe Guyana 2017, and earning awards like Best Interview and Miss Elegance; I realized that every woman deserves the tools to cultivate her own presence with both strength and grace.
But some of the most profound lessons came not from applause, but from purpose. My work advocating against domestic violence, suicide prevention and supporting community awareness reminded me that confidence is also resilience and compassion in action, not just composure on display.
It was from this blend of experience – stage mastery, personal evolution, advocacy, and leadership – that The Queens Code was born.

Why The Queens Code Exists

Throughout my journey, I observed something powerful yet often overlooked.
Many women present themselves with polish and preparation on the surface, yet feel unseen or unheard beneath it. They enter rooms filled with opportunity but hesitate to fully claim their space not because they lack talent, but because they were never given the tools to do so with confidence and intention.
I also saw a recurring gap in preparation. Too often, women are trained to succeed at a national level, yet are not equipped with the refinement, mindset, or strategic guidance required to compete and excel on an international stage. The difference is not ambition; it is access. Access to experienced mentors, world-class instructors, and the deeper understanding of what global excellence truly demands.
The Queens Code was created to bridge that gap.
This academy exists to provide what is so often missing: proper mentorship, elite instruction, and a holistic approach to confidence and presence. It is not simply about walking a runway or answering a question; it is about cultivating women who command attention with purpose, who move through the world with calm authority, and who lead with an elegance that is authentic, prepared, and never rehearsed.
At The Queens Code, confidence is taught with intention, excellence is modeled by experience, and every woman is equipped not just to participate but to rise.

Who This Academy Is For

For the woman who knows she has something meaningful to offer the world and she simply needs the clarity, strategy, and confidence to present it on stage.
For the woman who understands that pageantry is more than beauty; it is presence, preparation, and purpose.
For the woman who is ready to stand tall in her confidence, speak with intention, and command every moment she is seen.
Whether you are preparing for a local competition, a national title, an international stage, or the high-pressure moments that follow, The Queens Code was created to equip you with the refinement, mindset, and presence required to rise with confidence and compete with distinction.

My Philosophy on Confidence, Elegance, and Purpose

Confidence is cultivated through purpose.
It is strengthened when a woman understands not only who she is, but why she stands where she does. True confidence is grounded in preparation, self-belief, and a commitment to using one’s voice with intention.
Elegance is leadership in motion.
It is reflected in how a woman carries herself, communicates her values, and remains composed while representing something greater than herself. Elegance is not simply seen, it is felt through integrity, discipline, and grace under pressure.
When confidence and elegance are guided by purpose, a woman becomes more than a title-holder or presence on stage; she becomes a representative of impact, community, and meaningful change.
At The Queens Code, we cultivate the inner reign so every woman can embody the outer royal presence that was already within her.
Thank you for joining this journey of transformation.
I am honored to walk beside you.
